Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
Standard processing time is 1-2 business days.
During high-demand periods (e.g., sales, holidays), processing may take up to 3 business days.
Each product undergoes a thorough quality check before dispatch to ensure it meets Tsuru’s quality standards.
3. Order Handling & Packaging
After processing, your order is carefully packed to protect it during transit.
Eco-conscious packaging is used whenever possible to minimize environmental impact.
Fragile items receive extra protective packaging.
4. Dispatch & Tracking
Once your order is ready for dispatch, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. This email will include your tracking number and a link to track your shipment.

5. Courier Handover & Delivery Window
We work with reliable courier partners for safe and timely delivery.
