Tsuru Shipping Policy 

At Tsuru, we aim to provide a seamless and transparent shipping experience. Below is a breakdown of our shipping process, so you know exactly what to expect once you place your order. The policy is applicable for the UK, the US, the UAE, and the KSA.  

1. Order Placement 

Orders can be placed 24/7 via our online store. 

Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email immediately, detailing the products purchased and your order number. 

Please review your confirmation carefully. If any corrections are needed, please don't hesitate to contact us at premiumleathercraft@thetsuru.com within one hour of placing your order. 

2. Order Processing 

Processing Time: 1-2 business days, Monday through Friday. During high-demand periods (e.g., sales, holidays), processing may take up to 3 business days. 

Order Cut-Off Time: 3 p.m. (GMT)  The time in Greenwich, London. If you make an order after this time, it will be handled the next business day.

Each product undergoes a thorough quality check before being dispatched to ensure it meets Tsuru’s quality standards. 

3. Order Handling & Packaging 

After processing, your order is carefully packed to ensure it is protected during transit. 

Eco-conscious packaging is used whenever possible to minimise environmental impact. 

Fragile items receive extra protective packaging. 

4. Dispatch & Tracking 

Once your order is ready for dispatch, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. This email will include your tracking number and a link to track your shipment. 

You can choose to receive email or SMS notifications for real-time updates on the status of your order. 

5. Courier Handover & Delivery Window 

We work with reliable courier partners for safe and timely delivery. 

Orders are typically shipped via e.g., DHL, UPS, FedEx, or Local Partner 

On the morning of delivery, you will receive a notification with your estimated delivery window.

Delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances (such as weather or courier delays), but we will keep you informed throughout the process. 

7. Delivery & Receipt 

Please ensure someone is available at the shipping address to receive the package during the delivery window. 

Some couriers may require a signature upon delivery for orders with higher values. 

If you’re unavailable, the courier may leave a missed delivery notice or attempt redelivery the next business day. 

 

8. Delivery Issues & Support 

When checking out, ensure your mailing address is accurate.  Check your tracking link or contact the carrier if your order is late or has been marked as arrived but not received.  Do you still need help? Contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date.

We will work directly with the courier to resolve the problem as quickly as possible. 

9. International Shipping (if applicable) 

International orders may be subject to customs processing and import duties and taxes, which are the customer's responsibility. 

Tsuru is not responsible for delays caused by customs.
